Well where to start? I started using Jeff over 20 years ago. I continue to go back because of his honesty and straight facts approach. Essentially he will diagnose what needs to be done, what can wait and zero pressure. I never get the feeling that I am being "sold" anything that isn't required. Adrian is a rock star as well- very friendly and approachable and shares the same philosophy as Jeff.

Had a windshield done there recently. Right from the phone call customer service was great and frendly. They were helpful finding me a windshield and tried to save me money. There was no automatic phone service to go through, which i appreciate alot. Customer service 6 stars, windshield looks good too..done in an hour.

Working with Wrenchmasters here in Red Deer has been a good feeling so far. They've helped me out twice and it felt like I was in good hands both times. They were careful to keep me in the loop and cleared the details of each step before going ahead with service, definitely what I would have wanted. There were a few opportunities to charge above and beyond but they were always careful to not take advantage of the situation, consistently transparent and honest. I felt like the work they recommended was in my best interests and appropriate to my budget, and to date I've had no issues, so... still early days, but finding a mechanical team in this town that you can trust is definitely something to appreciate when you do work here. Thank you for the great service and professional manner.

And the young tech who fixed my windsheild was so thorough he noticed one of my directional winter tires was installed backwards! I’m always impressed when I deal with this shop!

I had a great experience working with Wrenchmasters over a situation with my brakes that had been fixed at a shop out of the city/province back in the summer. They were able to figure out exactly what was wrong and the reasons for it and provided me all of the documentation and pictures needed to go back to that shop and fight for compensation for work that was poorly completed/questionable at best. I greatly appreciated the level of service received and the flexibility I was provided to sort out the matter with the other shop out of town. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is needing service on their vehicle. Thanks again for your help!

Service was fast and advisors are awesome to deal with, unfortunately the installers left did not clean up after themselves, there is tons of broken glass left over from the old windshield & some spots of black sealant rubbed all over the new windshield. For the price you pay, I would expect a much cleaner install. Customer service is great however

Well priced, great service. Had my windshield replaced, it cost me less than other shows because of the method Adrian uses for lane departure cameras. Went to dodge priced out a passenger side exhaust manifold for my ram 1500 they quoted $780 for the manifold alone went to Napa had the part in 5 minutes with all the hardware for under $300 ( the after market is Dorman far better than stock lifetime warranty) got ahold of wrench masters they came in under they’re quote and had it done an hour before it was to be done these are car guys good to talk to great service I will definitely be back

Amazing service! We were visiting Red Deer when we experienced an issue with our Van. The alternator had failed. The shop had arranged a tow and had the repairs done with 5 hours! They even sent a shuttle to pick us up when the repairs were done.

Have used services twice this week. 1st electrical work and I was so happy with a ride home, the timely service, ride back to shop and a bill 1/2 the estimate. Since I’m heading North soon, I had all my tires rebalanced and brakes checked. Awesome experience. Again, pricing was half of another local tire shop. Very happy! Will be back next time I have girl issues

The team at Wrench are amazing. The customer service, care and attention both you and your vehicle will get are industry leading. When you leave your vehicle or fleet with them, you can be sure that it's with the right people. They'll never make a repair without advising the customer, they'll always keep you informed throughout the process and will provide you with your best options. I've seen them complete the most oddest of tasks but they always get it done. I brought two separate fleets to them and I never had to worry about the maintenance on them. You CAN trust this team. I've been trusting them since 2005 and honestly, I've never had a single issue. Well done Wenchmasters team. I will applaude you.

Everything went excellent as always. They replaced sparks plugs and coils and fixed my heater fan, having to work around not being able to get a part. The final bill was bang on with the estimate that was given. They even worked with me when they had to wait for parts, I was able to get the vehicle back and use it for a day between repairs. Really appreciate the work and help the guys at Wrench Masters give me anytime have need them. Thanks!!!
